Summer Gilled Peaches

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Freestone Peaches
  • Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  • Halve each peach.
  • Preheat grill to high.
  • Brush each cut side of the peach with olive oil. Place peaches, oiled cut side down, on the grill.
  • Leave on the grill until warmed through. Approximately 3 minutes.
  • Serve in a variety of ways; we love grilled peaches as an accompaniment to grilled steak, or topped simply with creme fraiche, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, and topped sparsely with fresh mint.
