- 4 Freestone Peaches
- Olive Oil
- Halve each peach.
- Preheat grill to high.
- Brush each cut side of the peach with olive oil. Place peaches, oiled cut side down, on the grill.
- Leave on the grill until warmed through. Approximately 3 minutes.
- Serve in a variety of ways; we love grilled peaches as an accompaniment to grilled steak, or topped simply with creme fraiche, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, and topped sparsely with fresh mint.
