HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?
Gather gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All gifts ship from Birmingham, AL via USPS Ground Delivery Service. Gifts usually arrive at destinations in the South and Southeast within one business day, the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest in two business days, the Northeast in three business days, the Rocky Mountains in four business days, and to California and the Pacific Northwest in five business days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and that USPS does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day, we recommend selecting UPS at an additional charge.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Please contact us if you would like to ship Internationally so that we can work to find you the very best rate.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety requirements, we all sales are final and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
